In this video we will explore paper cutting techniques and cellophane to create a festive stained glass window effect on a hanging frame.
Stained Glass Window Frames
Step 1
Use paint or markers to colour in your Papier mache picture frame.
Step 2
Fold a piece of A5 paper in half lengthwise and then cut out a series of shapes to create a decorative pattern.
Step 3
Glue your paper pattern to the back of the picture frame.
Step 4
Cut out an A5 size piece of cellophane and glue it onto the back of the picture frame behind the paper cut out.
Step 5
Display your frames on a window or a white wall
