General Information

Payment Terms

Invoices to account must be paid within 30 days, alternatively bookings can be made online with payment upfront.

Booking Confirmations, Cancellations & Non-Attendance

Once booking has been made you will receive an email confirmation.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email to Zart before the workshop begins. Early cancellation is appreciated, as your spot may be offered to someone on the waiting list. If Zart cancels the workshop, you will be notified promptly, and all payments will be refunded.

If workshop materials have been delivered but remain unused, please contact Zart to arrange their return. Please note that credits or refunds may not be available if workshop videos have been delivered and viewed, or if materials have already been used.

Failure to attend an onsite workshop or online webinar session without prior written notice of cancellation will result in the forfeiture of any refund, and full payment of your invoice will still be required.

Online Workshops

What's Included

Online Workshops generally consist of a package which may include, but is not limited to, the following;

  • Pre-recorded Workshop videos are provided on our online learning platform for registered participants to access both before and for 12 months following the workshop date. While not mandatory, it is highly recommended that participants watch the workshop videos and, where possible, engage in the art-making activities before attending the live online webinar session.
  • Delivery of hands-on art making materials will be delivered by courier. Standard freight charges apply for all kit deliveries. Freight charges are calculated based on the customers delivery location and applied at checkout for the customer to review before committing to purchase.
  • Workshops often include a set of downloadable Teachers Resource documents which can be accessed on our online learning platform. 
  • Online session facilitated by the workshop presenter, allowing presenters to expand on activities, ideas, and information. Participants can ask questions, share their outcomes, and connect with colleagues from across Australia. 
  • Professional Learning Certificates are provided where attendance/completion is confirmed.

Technical Requirements & Issues

Before attending the online webinar session, participants should ensure they have the following ready:  

  • PC desktop and monitor, iPad/Tablet, or Smart Device with reliable internet connectivity  
  • Webcam and Microphone  
  • Access to Zoom Webinar  
  • A workspace for hands-on art-making or note-taking while following along with resources.

Technical support will be available before and during all online webinar sessions to assist with any issues. However, Zart is not responsible for technical or connectivity problems beyond our control. Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance or disruptions caused by technical issues not attributable to Zart or that are outside of our control.

Webinar Recordings & Workshop Images

To protect the privacy of participants and presenters, recordings of our online workshop sessions are strictly prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.

However, during online sessions, participants may be invited to share photos or images of their work in a shared space (e.g., Padlet). By sharing, you agree that Zart may use these images for marketing and promotional purposes in both print and digital formats.

Onsite Workshops

Conditions of Entry

A booking must be made prior to the workshop. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent during the workshop. At no time are children to accompany their parent to the workshop.

We kindly ask that any guest, presenter, or staff member who is unwell refrain from attending.

What’s Included

Onsite Workshops generally consist of a package which may include, but is not limited to, the following;

  • All materials are provided as part of the cost of the workshop, however, you are welcome to bring your own items if you wish to add a personal touch.
  • Workshop notes may or may not be provided by the presenter where appropriate.
  • Individual catering is provided. Please ensure that any Dietary Requirement information is provided at the time of booking, or at least prior to the workshop date.
  • Professional Learning Certificates are provided where attendance/completion is confirmed.

Workshop parking

Parking is not available on site for workshops at Zart. After booking a workshop a parking map will be provided with your booking confirmation.
