The learning objectives for this lesson are to explore colour, unity, and movement in order to create a cloud painting inspired by the artist J.M.W. Turner.

Materials     

  • Canvas or cardboard
  • Gesso
  • Oil paint or acrylic paint
  • Gel mediums and thinners
  • Oil cleaning fluid (if using oils)
  • Palette knives and brushes
