In this video we will use a needle felting technique to make a cute 3 dimensional bee.
Dry Felted Bee
Step 1
Trace the bottom of the poly half ball onto card. Cut out the circle shape and glue it to the base of the poly ball and let it dry for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Place small amounts of wool over the poly ball and puncture the ball to make the wool stick. Work with small amounts of wool at a time until the ball is covered with yellow colour.
Step 3
Now use black wool to add detail.
Step 4
Use a felting block and black wool to create wings and then attach them to the main body using the felting needle.
