ANZAC Sunset Silhouettes

In this Anzac Sunset Silhouettes video activity we create a blended sunrise sky background with a soldier silhouette over the top.

Step 1

Use a combination of warm colours to paint your sunrise sky onto a piece of round cartridge paper. Blend your colours together from dark to light or light to dark.

Step 2

Add darker tones of watercolour over the top to create clouds.

Step 3

Complete your painting and leave to dry.

Step 4

Cut out the (solid) soldier silhouette from the template and glue it onto your sunrise background.
