Copic markers are artist-quality alcohol-based markers for rendering and design work. With a large colour range and the ability to blend colours to create your own hues, these markers are suited to every design project. Use on bleedproof paper or blending card to avoid the ink bleeding. Copic Multiliners are the only alcohol-proof fineliner available that will prevent the marker ink from bleeding or eating through the fineliner. These markers can also be used on toner print outs (laser printer or photocopier). These markers are all refillable – please ensure the refill code exactly matches the marker code you wish to refill. For best results use with bleedproof paper. Bleedproof paper produces superior results when using alcohol / spirit-based markers e.g. Copics. Unlike other papers, its special surface absorbs only a small amount of ink, and does this slowly. This creates a delayed drying time which allows colours to easily layer and blend. This also helps to preserve the life of a marker – as less ink is required, and the paper’s smooth surface creates less wear and tear on the nib.
