The EL Wire 5m is a flexible electroluminescent wire that glows like a neon tube! Use as an amazing luminescent feature in your next art or STEAM project. Create a glowing 2D line image by attaching it to a flat base. Likewise attach to a 3D wire armature for a brilliant and exciting sculpture or installation.

So easy to use, simply load two AA batteries into the included controller and push the button – instant luminance! The inside of the plastic tubing is coated with a phosphor that illuminates when a voltage is applied and is cold to the touch. There are three functions – solid on (first button push), flashing slow (second button push) and flashing fast (third button push).
