Woven Easter Bunny

In this activity, we use a basic weaving technique to construct the base for our bunny.
The addition of felt, pom poms and chenille stems brings our creations to life.

Step 1

Attach your yarn warp (vertical) threads to the loom.

Step 2

Thread a length of fabric yarn onto a needle and tie the end to an outer warp thread.

Step 3

Begin weaving your fabric yarn, making sure to keep the tension loose, until you have a 10 cm section of woven yarn.

Step 4

Glue on felt, pompom, googly eyes and chenille stem features to bring your Easter bunny to life.
