Positive Fridge Magnets & Affirmation Stones

Glass Hearts and Stars create striking magnifying and domed effects when you put an image on the back of it. These glass shapes can be used as sensory and motivational stones or can be transformed into fridge magnets and jewellery.

Step 1

Trace a glass shape onto a piece of paper. This will form the base of your design.

Step 2

Colour or collage within the outline. You can also add words, quotes or a message.

Step 3

Cut out the decorated base shape.

Step 4

Apply Mod Podge to the glass shape. Place the glass shape onto the design – Mod Podge side facing the artwork – then press to secure and leave to dry.

NB: Yes, the Mod Podge will dry clear!

Step 5

Once dry this can be left as a memento. Alternatively, create a fridge magnet by attaching a magnet to the back, or a brooch back to create wearable art.

OPTION. Stick an adhesive Wooden Ladybug to the shape.
