Fuse Bead Bag Tag

In this video we will use a variety of Fuse Beads and other ornamental beads to create a fun school bag tag.

Step 1

Draw a simple design and place it under your peg board.

Step 2

Use Fuse beads to fill in your design by placing one bead on each spike. Make sure to remove a bead where you want to attach your key chain.

Step 3

Place a sheet of baking paper over your beads. With an iron set to medium heat gently press over the beads using a circular motion until your beads have melted together. Let your beads cool for 5-10 mins.

Step 4

Cut a 15cm length of durable string and thread one end through the space in your design. Now thread on your decorative beads and bring the string through the loop at the end of the keychain. Bring the string back through the beads and then tie off the string and trim any excess pieces.

Step 5

Add a small amount of Zart Podge to the knot in the string to secure it.
