These 100% refined beeswax granules are perfect for making storage wraps (not food safe), candles and encaustic art. The yellow beeswax colour is removed using an activated carbon keeping it free from peroxides and other bleaches leaving the wax a neutral pale off white colour. As this has been processed to BP (British Pharmacopoeia) grade for cosmetic and pharmaceutical use, the natural honey smell has been mostly removed. For melting and pouring wax should be heated between 85 - 90 degrees.
