Mushroom Collage Inspired by Yayoi Kusama
This lesson is designed for students from Level 3 through to Level 6 to explore colour, pattern, repetition, scale, and positive and negative space while drawing inspiration from Yayoi Kusama. All lessons can be adapted to suit a variety of year levels and ability levels.
Materials:
- A3 white paper
- Pencil
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Coloured markers or pencils (acrylic markers if available)
- Collagami paper, Kinder Squares
- Black card
- Fineliner pen
- Laminator and laminating pouches
- Popstick or ruler (as a straight-edge guide)
