The learning objective for this lesson is to explore shape, colour, and texture to create a 2D relief 'Guardian' masks inspired by Ramesh Nithiyendran.

Materials     

  • Cardboard/Pasteboard 500gsm
  • Acrylic Paint
  • Oil Pastel
  • Found Objects
  • Supertac or equivalent strong glue
  • Optional: Wooden bits and bobs, raffia, string, pipe cleaners
