Emotions Characters Inspired by Brendan Huntley

The learning objective for this lesson is to explore colour, texture, shape and rhythm while creating a character drawing inspired by the artist Brendan Huntley.

Materials     

  • Cartridge paper
  • Black marker
  • Drawing mediums (soft pastels, oil pastels, pencils, etc)
  • Painting mediums (Water colour, ink, paint sticks, etc)
  • Textured objects (Rubbing plates, found objects, etc)
  • Glue
  • Scissors
