How to collage or decoupage with Mod Podge:
1. Using a brush, cover the base paper or object with Mod Podge.
2. 2. Stick down your decorative pieces of paper and smooth out any air pockets. Allow to dry.
3. Apply another coat over the top and allow to dry.
