Paper Shape Abstract Collage

In this video we explore shape and colour using colour slicks, collage papers and paint markers to create an abstract collage.

Step 1

Draw a variety of large shapes on A3 paper using colour slicks.

Step 2

Use handmade collage shapes as they are or cut these down into smaller or different shapes. Use a glue stick to paste these shapes down over the colour slick patterns..

Step 3

Add pattern and line detail over the layers of slicks and paper using paint markers.
