Artist Workshops - Bookings & Support

Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking. As all retail workshops are processed through the We Teach Me website, payment must be made via Mastercard or Visa. View our profile at We Teach Me to see what we are talking about by clicking here.

If you cannot make your booking using a debit or credit card and wish to make alternate arrangements, please contact us.

Booking Confirmations
Once booking has been made you will receive an email confirmation and parking map. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us.

Cancellations
All classes require a minimum of 6 participants to go ahead. In the event of a workshop being cancelled by Zart, your booking will be fully refunded or transferred to the workshop of your choice.

If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible, as your place could be given to someone on a waiting list.

Please note, all workshops incur a booking fee of 4.5% included in the price. Should you cancel the workshop of your own accord, this amount will be deducted from the workshop fee refunded to you. For cancellations within 24 hours notice of the scheduled class, 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded.

Non Attendance
Failure to attend without prior written cancellation will result in the forfeit of any possible refund.

Conditions of Entry
A booking must be made prior to the workshop including payment in full.
Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent during the workshop.
At no time are children to accompany their parent to the workshop.

Waiting List
If a workshop is full, you are able to place your name on our waiting list, which can be found under each individual workshop. You will be notified if a place becomes available or another workshop is scheduled.

Workshop Notes and Materials
Workshop notes are provided by the consultant if appropriate. Materials are also provided for most workshops as part of the cost, unless a materials list is explicitly provided. In some cases you are welcome to introduce your own items if you wish to add a personal touch (e.g., to bring a reference image to a drawing or painting class) but please note these must be approved by the consultant at the start of the workshop (please note: strictly no changes to resin painting classes).

What to Bring
Nothing but an open and optimistic attitude! For majority of workshops, all materials and catering are supplied by Zart, unless otherwise stated. If you are required to bring materials, a materials list will be supplied to you at the time of booking, which you can purchase from Zart before or on the day of your workshop. You may wish to bring a camera to capture your progress throughout the day as well as inspiration from other particiapants, the consultants and of course, our Student Gallery.

Workshop Parking
Parking is not available on site for workshops at Zart. After booking a workshop a parking map will be provided with your booking confirmation.
